inviteme warrants that all goods promoted for sale on this site are of satisfactory quality. Whilst every care is taken to ensure descriptions, designs and colours are correct, product representations may vary from what you see on your monitor.
We reserve the right to (a) make any changes in the specification necessary to comply with any applicable legal requirements and (b) change the specification published on this website provided this does not materially affect the quality of the goods. In all other respects, and to the maximum extent permissible, inviteme makes no other warranties or promises about the goods, and any implied warranties are excluded.
All prices are inclusive of GST and displayed on the web site in Australian dollars. GST will be automatically calculated at the checkout for Australian customers only. Priority orders incur a 20% surcharge upon the cards and postage after GST has been added.
We will treat each order for goods confirmed when you approve the proof we send you, as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order. When you place an order we will send an e-mail or faxed proof to enable you to remedy any mistakes. Your acceptance of our first proof (or subsequent changes thereof) will be your acceptance of a legal contract between yourself and inviteme on these terms and we shall thereafter supply you with the quantity and specifications of cards set out in your order. Confirm acceptance of your order by either signing the proof and faxing it back to us, or by sending us an email stating “proof acceptance”.
Safe and secure online shopping is essential to inviteme. To ensure your security, we have integrated 128bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This is industry standard technology that ensures all your transactions within this site are securely processed.
You may pay via MasterCard or Visa Card. Australian residents may also pay by direct deposit. No other forms of payment are accepted. inviteme does not offer credit facilities.
inviteme uses encryption software in the attempt to keep personal information submitted secure. However, we cannot guarantee that any messages transmitted over the Internet, including those that include credit card details, will not be corrupted or intercepted by a third party.
To process your order it is necessary to give us your credit card details, address and a contact number. Failure to provide full information may forfeit an order. If you are uncomfortable providing your credit card details online, you can fax (or phone) your order through to us. Our order page contains a downloadable order form for this purpose.
High-quality invitations crafted especially for your child take time and care to produce.
Australian orders are sent by Express Post and will arrive within 7-10 days of your artwork approval and subsequent payment. A faster option (delivery within 3-5 days) can be arranged at a surcharge of 20%.
International orders are sent via airmail and will arrive within 2 weeks of your final sign-off of the artwork.
Delivery shall be made to the shipping address supplied by you at the time of ordering. Any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and inviteme shall not be liable for any postal delays.
inviteme does not take responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit by post nor do we take responsibility for the products not being to the customer's exact liking. Ownership of the goods shall pass to you once the goods have been delivered, even if the goods have not been received by you in person.
Due to the nature of our business, with every invitation personalised just for you, we are unable to refund your order if your party has been cancelled or postponed. We are, however, happy to exchange or refund your purchase if there is a printing error overlooked by our quality assurance process. Simply return your complete order in the condition that it arrived, including the packaging within 14 days of receiving them and we will provide either a full refund of the cost of the goods or will reprint your invitations. Our interactive order process, which enables you to sign-off on the final artwork, aims to eliminate any mistakes along the way – you give us the final seal of approval before the product is printed.

Our website’s privacy policy describes how we manage your personal information and safeguard your privacy. We will not supply your details to any other organisation.
inviteme invitations are not toys and in no way should be played with by children. inviteme are not liable for any parts that come loose or are torn off any of the inviteme cards. inviteme produce cards with the utmost safety in mind, however, little children can easily choke on small objects. inviteme provides a safety precaution on all invitations with parts susceptible to tampering – for example, 'not suitable for children under 3 years because of small parts.’
