inviteme warrants that all goods promoted for sale on this site are of satisfactory quality before we deliver them to you. Whilst every care is taken to ensure descriptions, designs and colours are correct, product representations may vary from what you see on your individual monitor.
We reserve the right to (a) make any changes in the specification necessary to comply with any applicable legal requirements and (b) change the specification published on this website provided this does not materially affect the quality of the goods. In all other respects, and to the maximum extent permissible, inviteme makes no other warranties or promises about the goods, and any implied warranties are excluded.
inviteme takes every reasonable care to ensure the information provided is accurate and current, inviteme cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions or inaccuracies, however caused.
The information is provided to you “as is”, without express or implied warranty. inviteme reserves the right to alter or withdraw the service in whole or in part, without notice at anytime.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then ANZ merchant services will store your credit card data only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.
The ANZ payment gateway complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) - the original mandate by the payment card schemes for merchants and payment processors.
All prices are inclusive of 10% GST and displayed on the website in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST will automatically be calculated at the checkout for Australian customers only. All pricing on this site is subject to change at anytime at the discretion of inviteme.
When you place an order on at www.inviteme.com.au and make payment, it is deemed to be legally binding as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
The products offered for sale on this website are directed at residents of Australia. inviteme makes no representation that any products referred to in the Content on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations. If you choose to access this site from other locations, then you are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.
We will treat each order for goods confirmed when you approve the proof we send you, as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your personalised item. When you place an order we will send an e-mail or faxed proof to enable you to remedy any mistakes. Your acceptance of our first proof (or subsequent changes thereof) will be your acceptance of a legal contract between yourself and inviteme on these terms and we shall thereafter supply you with the quantity and specifications of cards as specified by you in your order. Confirm acceptance of your order by either signing the proof and faxing it back to us, or by sending us an email stating “proof acceptance”.
If an error appears on your invitation after you have approved the artwork, inviteme cannot be held responsible for your mistake. The order can be reprinted but it will be at the customer’s expense and will incur standard fees apply as well as standard fees costs for reshipping.
If an error appears on the personalised item that is inviteme’s fault, inviteme will cover the cost of reproducing the item as well as shipping.
The content displayed on inviteme, including but not limited to the Website’s look and feel, text, graphics, images, designs, the URL and software (Content), is either the property of, or used with permission by www.inviteme.com.au and is also protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. All rights including but not limited to copyright, title and interest in the Content belong to inviteme.
