Do you offer matching accessories?
Yes! inviteme™ can supply you with matching stickers (great for sealing your envelopes), goody bag tags, rsvp cards, place cards and thank-you cards.
I'm turning 30, can you help me with invitations?
Most definitely. No matter what your age, inviteme™ cards are a perfect way to announce your celebration. We have introduced a new category - All Ages - which specialises in themes for, well, all ages!
This includes birthdays, Hen's parties, housewarmings - in fact, any celebration you can think of.
Handy hint: Remember, you are also free to choose any design on the site and simply include your wording for your celebration. There's no age limit to delicious designs!

What does 'shape-cut' mean?
Shape-cut is the process used to cut a card into an irregular shape - eg. a card cut out in the shape of a cow.
Where can I write who I am inviting?
The names of individual guests cannot be printed on your cards. Instead, we recommend you address the envelope with the name of your guest (or guests).
Can I see what the card will look like before it's printed?
Absolutely. In fact, you must see your artwork and approve it before we can print . For fast and efficient processing, supply all of your contact details so we can send you a proof of the artwork prior to print. An email or fax number will do.

Making changes

What if I've given you the wrong date for my party?
It's really important that you provide us with correct information for your stationery - this includes correct spelling of names and addresses, correct telephone numbers and party dates. If you make a mistake in your initial order, changes can be made until you sign-off on the final proof. Please check this proof carefully.
If you've approved the artwork to go to print, you can't make any further changes. If you've overlooked a mistake and the job has gone to print, you can order again but we're afraid you'll be charged for cost of re-printing and a minimum re-orders of 10 items applies.
What happens if I place an order when your site has closed for holidays?
Your order will be safe and sound in our system, waiting for us to return.
We are based in Victoria, Australia and observe - and really like! - Victorian, Australian Public Holidays. If you've placed your order on or around one, you should factor this into the shipping time by adding the holiday to the estimated delivery times. Click here if you want to know when these holidays are scheduled.
Check out our homepage to find out what date we're back in the office, but if you've already placed your order and are worried we won't be able to make your cards in time, just send an email to sales@inviteme.com.au to cancel the order.

Postage and handling

Can you explain your postage charges?
Postal charges include the careful packaging of your stationery, which will arrive boxed and wrapped for maximum protection, as well as the express or airmail postage rate charged to us by Australia Post.
I live in Australia, so when will my cards be delivered?
You'll receive your order within 7-10 business days of your final approval (more often than not, it's within 8 working days but we like to say 7-10 just in case of really busy times). All orders within Australia are sent via Express Post. This way your package can be tracked and, more importantly, delivered overnight (to specified Australia Post Next Business Delivery Networks only.)
But if you need your order much sooner than that, you can opt to pay a little more for our Priority Service. If you select this option during the checkout process, your job is pushed to the very front of the queue and we work extra-fast so you can receive your goods within 3-5 business days.
I live outside Australia, so when will my cards be delivered?
All international orders are sent via airmail. We estimate your cards will arrive around 2 weeks after you sign off on your proof as the average airmail delivery time is around 10 days (sooner for New Zealand residents). For more specific estimates, contact us.
What will it cost to post my cards?
For Australian residents, all 11 x 15cm cards require a standard 55c postage stamp and for cards 14 x 14cm, Australia Post charges $1.
International customers will need to check with their local postage service.
I need an extra 5 invitation ASAP! Help!
We understand there are always extra people to invite and this is why we encourage you to order extra invitations. However, if you do need more, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to supply you with additional cards as fast as we can. Extra invitations will be treated as a new order and a minimum quantity of ten applies. Standard delivery times also apply but if you need a faster option, a 20% priority surcharge will be added.

Payment

How can I pay for my cards?
You may pay using MasterCard or Visa Card. Australian residents may also pay by Direct Deposit. No other forms of payment are accepted and orders cannot be sent until we have received payment in full.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Safe and secure online shopping is essential to inviteme. For information about our safety measures, refer to our terms and conditions.
